BOOK 1 "SUNRISE"

The Book 1 "Sunrise", the next colorway of Devin Booker's debut signature shoe, is a tribute to the desert vistas of his professional home of Phoenix, Arizona - aka "The Valley of the Sun". Designed with his game in mind, the Book 1 pairs a Zoom Air unit in the heel with a plush pink foam midsole and translucent outsole to create a responsive, broken-in feel from the jump. Giving a nod to the area's breathtaking sunrises, the durable workwear canvas upper is covered in a soft pink reminiscent of the dawn sky, with tonal laces, lining, mesh tongue and embroidered swoosh on the sides. The design is filled with personal details like the yellow "Chapter One" embroidered on the heel and his family's initials on the inside of the tongue in pink. Gold Book 1 branding on the tongue tag, a barcode with his jersey number and the zip codes for Phoenix and his hometown of Grand Rapids on the insole, and a gradient gold-to-purple semi-translucent outsole complete the design.

Outbound Shipping:

We do not ship and/or sell any Nike/Jordan products internationally. 

For all other products, customers are responsible for any duty fees that may be incurred by their respective country customs department.

Allow 3-7 business days from time of order placement for your order to be processed and shipped. 

We use UPS, FED EX or USPS ground shipping depending on where each service is offered. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is processed.

All orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other US territories will be charged a flat rate regardless of order amount.

We are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. We provide tracking numbers for all orders, any delivery issues (including but not limited to stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages) should be addressed to the shipping service used for that order.

Orders processed after 10am EST on Friday are shipped out the following Monday.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds, Cancellations and Returns are not allowed on Final Sale and Limited Release items.

To process a return on eligible item(s): please contact us at orders@lapstoneandhammer.com to tell us the reason and condition of your return (i.e. refund/store credit if applicable). Please note all products must be in the original, unworn condition with tags and boxes in tact to be accepted for returns (unless it is a manufacturer's defect).

Please print out and include your confirmation email in your return package. If you lost or deleted your confirmation email, contact orders@lapstoneandhammer.com and describe the item you wish to return and the date it was purchased and we would be happy to assist you.

Returns over $500 may be subjected to a 5% restocking fee.

Return Shipping:

A separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original shoe box inside. Please do not use the original shoe box or a plastic bag as the package for shipping. Any returns without the original shoe box or that use the original shoe box as the shipping container will not be accepted. 

For Refunds: 

Refund applies to cost of item only, any shipping costs associated with the order are non-refundable. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return. We will issue a refund once we have inspected the merchandise. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed back into your account.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges online. You must contact customer service to issue a return authorization and place a new order for the correct item. You can exchange an item purchased online at our store within 14 days and proper proof of purchase.

For a Defective or Damaged Product:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you believe the product to be defective. Email us at orders@lapstoneandhammer.com to tell us the reason and condition of your defective item. Please provide a photograph of this defect in the initial email. We will provide a return shipping label at our expense for all products determined as a manufacturers defect. 

Cancellations:

FINAL SALE & Limited Release items are NOT eligible for cancellation after order is placed.

The only time a cancellation and refund will be processed is when our risk management service declines the order and payment method.
