Nike's re-issue of an innovative fan fave Air Max release from 1999 deemed ahead of its time is getting a winter upgrade on the WMNS Air Max SNDR GTX "Triple Black". This new retro release is built with a black waterproof GORE-TEX upper that ensures the fott stays warm and dry, and is overlaid with a tonal rubberized mudguard that is covered in the model's signature grey reflective panels. A zippered shroud conceals the lace bed and the 6453 branding on the throat, a nod to the last four digits of Nike's office phone number. Small, low key grey Nike branding hits the tongue, toe, upper side and heel tab. It sits on a tonal phylon midsole with exposed Air units in the forefoot and heel, and finished off with a black rubber outsole.
