adidas continues their A-ZX series of themed alphabetic releases with a shoe designed in collaboration with the National Park Foundation for the letter "N", the ZX 5000 "Joshua Tree". This release takes inspiration from Joshua Tree, the jewel of the California high desert, and one of the best-known parks in the National Park System.
The ZX 5000 silhouette is built from a CORDURA® nylon upper with nubuck overlays and a TPU heel cage colored in the dusky hues of a desert sunset. It features reflective laces, nylon side straps with snaps (a nod to climbing gear), heel pull tab with National Park Foundation branding and Joshua Tree graphics on the tongue and sockliner. The shoe is finished off with an EVA midsole and rugged rubber outsole.
The National Parks Foundation x adidas ZX 5000 "Joshua Tree" will be available on Friday, August 21st @ 10:00am both in-store and online.
