KB FOUNDATION X LAPSTONE X STADIUM CUSTOM KICKS SNEAKER DESIGN WORKSHOP

KB FOUNDATION X LAPSTONE X STADIUM CUSTOM KICKS SNEAKER DESIGN WORKSHOP

Lapstone kicked off 2025 by hosting a sneaker design workshop in conjunction with the KB Foundation and Stadium Custom Kicks. Eagles' punter Braden Mann took a break from preparing for Sunday's playoff game to lend a helping hand and work alongside the kids. The Lapstone team along with four artists from Stadium Custom Kicks mentored the boys through the storytelling and design process while assisting in bringing their vision to life in the form of one-of-one custom painted shoes.

Braden Mann was happy to step away from the whirlwind of the Eagles playoff run for an afternoon to spend time with the kids and learn about the KB Foundation. "I did this last year and it was a blast," Mann said. "It's a fun day, so hopefully we can make some fun-looking shoes."

This workshop is another example of the Lapstone Initiative, our commitment to serve our community and provide a foundation for the next generation to achieve their goals.

The KB Foundation is a mentorship organization founded by Kirk Berry with a mission to build the development and social competencies of adolescent youth in the Philadelphia area through education, recreational, and hands-on learning experiences. Their Leadership Education Abroad Program (L.E.A.P.) provides the opportunity for rising ninth-grade students from underserved communities to visit the continent of Africa and have a full transformative international experience. Their mentoring model is based on one principle: “exposure is life”.
