Lapstone & Hammer is thrilled to welcome London label, A-COLD-WALL* to our brick & mortar and online stores. Founded by Samuel Ross, the brand takes its cues from Ross' working class upbringing in Brixton, his studies in graphic design and his internship with Virgil Abloh, fusing technically engineered materials and patterns with industrial and utilitarian detailing that transcends the traditional streetwear aesthetic. Ross also adds a philosophical aspect to his designs, responding to his own internal dialogue as well as the greater conversations occurring in society through his collections.
For his SS21 collection entitled "My Brother's Keeper," Ross interprets the concepts of isolation, redefined selfhood and the future through a cohesive mix desaturated color palettes, luxurious knitwear, updated officewear, rugged staples and monochrome layering pieces. Our selection includes hoodies, tees, techy nylon pants and shorts, bags, hats and scented candles.
