The Air Jordan 5 is back again with a "Pinnacle"-type construction in the mold of the "Take Flight" and Pure Platinum" releases that came out earlier this year. The Air Jordan 5 Retro Premium "Triple Black" adopts a monochromatic aesthetic, with a completely blacked out premium leather upper, leather tongue, rope laces and leather wrapped midsole. The ultra-luxe design is bolstered by details like ribbed side paneling in place of the mesh netting along with a ribbed tongue for added pleasure, leather lace locks with gold "Flight" branding and carbon fiber-esque eyelets. Embossed Jumpman branding that appears on the tongue and heel, a leather lining and insole, and a smokey translucent outsole put the finishing touches on this elevated retro release.
